Who am I?
Over 15 Years of Experience
Running has been an integral part of my life for over 15 years. What once began with short laps in the woods developed into half marathons and marathons, eventually becoming a true passion for running in nature and the mountains.
But the path to this point was anything but easy. I had no coach, no system, no guidance – just the desire to improve. I made countless mistakes, trained incorrectly, injured myself, and had doubts. But that's exactly what shaped me. I learned to figure everything out on my own – from training methodology to competition planning.
Successfully completed over 50 ultras and other competitions
Today, after over 50 ultras and challenging competitions, i share my knowledge with others. With one clear goal: to make your journey easier than it was for me – and to meet you exactly where you are.
